Pars WA Construction transformed this outdated North Seattle kitchen into a bright, modern, and highly functional space. We removed the original kitchen and created a completely new layout to improve workflow, storage, and the connection to the surrounding living areas.

Project Scope
- Removed the existing cabinets, countertops, appliances, and finishes
- Redesigned and rearranged the kitchen layout
- Supplied and installed new full-height white kitchen cabinets
- Installed new quartz countertops and a large island
- Added quartz waterfall panels on both sides of the island
- Installed a new herringbone-style tile backsplash
- Installed a new workstation sink, faucet, and appliances
- Completed new flooring, recessed lighting, painting, and finish carpentry
The Finished Result
The completed kitchen features generous storage, durable quartz work surfaces, warm wood flooring, modern recessed lighting, and a clean tile backsplash. The waterfall island creates a strong centerpiece and provides additional space for food preparation, dining, and entertaining.
