From a Dated 1980s Kitchen to an Open Modern Space
Pars WA Construction transformed this dated Kirkland kitchen into a spacious open-concept centerpiece. We removed the original oak cabinets and opened both sides of the kitchen by removing two walls. The work included structural modifications and ceiling repairs to create a clean connection between the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The Finished Result
The new layout improves movement, storage, light, and connection throughout the main living level. Warm flat-panel cabinets, white quartz surfaces, waterfall island panels, new appliances, and a bright tile backsplash create a modern kitchen designed for cooking, gathering, and entertaining.
